ISLEAP Function - Calculate leap year ISLEAP returns 1 if Year is a leap year and 0 otherwise. ISLEAP is only set for gregorian calendar, so Year >= 1583.The Gregorian calendar has 97 leap years every 400 years: Every year divisible by 4 is a leap year. However, every year divisible by 100 is not a leap year. However, every year divisible by 400 is a leap year after all. So, 1700, 1800, 1900, 2100, and 2200 are not leap years, but 1600, 2000, and 2400 are leap years. Requirements: · MATLAB Release: R13

Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013

Microsoft expects to launch a new wave of optimism with Windows 8. In a recent statement, Steve Ballmer, chief executive at Microsoft, estimates that Windows 8 will reach a total of about 500 million users by the end of 2013.
